Martha Collison talks with Catherine

Martha was the youngest contestant on BBC TV's 'Great British Bake Off' in 2014 and was a huge hit with viewers. She came to talk about her first cookbook, offering her ‘Twist’ on favourite recipes for cakes and breads.

We also enjoyed sampling some of the recipes from her book, made for us by The Cake Shop - Woodbridge’s own tv stars, named as Britain’s Best Bakery in 2014.
